Keeping positive

It is not easy being positive in this market! Wow! That may be an understatement. Seems like everything is falling down around our ears! Not really!
There is hope. What's the saying "Hope springs eternal"
Any way from a Real Estate perspective, prices are very good for buying a home. The interest rates are the lowest I have ever seen. There is only one catch- well maybe more than one. You need to have good credit. Some are saying 720 and above. FHA credit score isn't that high but you also need income coming in! Actually all loans require you to have income coming in that I have seen lately.
Ok. So lets forget the Real Estate thing for now.
What do I need to do to stay positive. Think of 3 things each day you are thankful for(change the list everyday.) Say each one everytime you have a negative thought creaping up.
Then make a list of 3 things you must get done today. Keep to that list. Best to do it first and have them out of the way. You will feel so good for just accomplishing those 3 things then you can add to the list as you get better at focusing on what needs to be done. Not necessarily what you would like to get done, but what you really need to get out of the way. You can even set up a reward system for yourself. If I do "this," then later I will reward myself with "this". Also you will feel a lot more positive for having taken action! Try it and let me know how it goes. Pat
